Join as an early team member supporting credit, fraud, and operational risk for a fast-growing B2B payments and lending platform.
What you’ll do:
Review customer applications, analyze financials, and make credit recommendations
Support underwriting workflows, track submissions, and ensure timely decisions
Evaluate transaction activity, vendor data, and overall business health
Partner with product, data, and customer teams to improve risk processes and tooling
Interact directly with customers and partners on credit-related requests
Monitor performance, support collections, and help drive repayment outcomes
Build and refine risk policies, KPIs, and operational processes
What they’re looking for:
2+ years in underwriting, credit risk, or payments risk (SMB preferred)
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess financial health and risk
Clear communicator, comfortable working with customers
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
Collaborative, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
Experience with Excel; SQL/Python a plus
