Hiring a strategic, data-driven leader to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and profit margin expansion. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will develop partnership strategies, manage P&L, and optimize marketing channels. You will lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance performance and user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute partnership and growth strategies.
Optimize marketing channels, lead funnels, and user experience through data-driven insights.
Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships.
Leverage analytics to drive conversion rate optimization and business performance.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve growth targets.
Monitor KPIs and industry trends to refine strategies.
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in performance marketing, revenue growth, or product strategy.
5+ years of leadership experience; 3+ years working with affiliate platforms
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Expertise in digital marketing, A/B testing, and data analytics.
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of consumer finance products and market innovations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
