This is a hands-on leadership role focused on elevating the customer and merchant experience while building more scalable, technology-driven operations.

What You’ll Own

Lead the end-to-end customer and merchant experience across both sides of the platform.
Build and improve processes, workflows, quality standards, and operating systems to support rapid growth.
Lead and develop customer and merchant operations teams, driving performance and accountability.
Use data, technology, automation, and AI to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Identify operational bottlenecks and build solutions as the business grows.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Commercial teams to improve the overall platform experience.
Help shape the company’s broader operating strategy and organizational structure.

Ideal Profile

A strong operator from a high-growth consumer fintech, marketplace, payments, e-commerce, or technology business, ideally with LatAm experience. We’re particularly interested in leaders who have managed both consumer and merchant/partner-facing operations and have a track record of building and scaling, not simply managing established processes.
